Nicholas Terry Obituary, Death – O’Fallon, Illinois – The St. Louis community mourns the loss of 33-year-old Nicholas “Nick” Terry, who tragically lost his life in a devastating three-car collision in the early hours of Monday morning. On Tuesday, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department identified the victim as 33-year-old Nicholas Terry from O’Fallon, Illinois.
